About Christy Ng
Christy Ng is Malaysia’s most celebrated bridal shoe designer, founded by Christina Ng in July 2010 from the living room of her parents’ home in Petaling Jaya. What started as a hobby — sketching shoe designs and posting them on social media — has grown into a globally recognised brand that has shipped over 30,000 pairs of handmade shoes to customers in more than 30 countries.
Christina studied biotechnology at university (nothing to do with fashion!), worked for a Swiss pharmaceutical company, then took a leap of faith to pursue her dream. She used savings from waitressing and winnings from the Nescafé Kickstart reality TV show as startup capital. The brand has since been featured in Seventeen Magazine, NUYOU, The Star, Sin Chew Daily, and numerous Malaysian publications.
Bridal Shoe Services
Christy Ng’s core offering for brides is their bespoke bridal shoe service — arguably the most extensive wedding shoe customisation available in Asia. Brides can choose or modify any design and customise the heel height (from flats to 5-inch platforms), colour, material, fabric, and embellishments to perfectly match their wedding dress. They cater to all sizes, from size 2 to size 14, including extra-wide fits.
The brand also offers coordinated bridesmaid shoes — a popular service where the entire bridal party gets matching designs in different colours and heel heights, so everyone appears uniform in height in wedding photographs. Ready-to-wear bridal shoes range from approximately RM 139 to RM 239, with custom orders priced based on complexity.

Beyond bridal shoes, Christy Ng offers casual wear, office shoes, ankle boots, sandals, wedges, evening heels, and custom-made bags. They also specialise in maternity footwear and odd-sized shoes — making them a one-stop destination for women who struggle to find comfortable, stylish shoes in standard sizing.
The brand operates primarily online through christyng.com with worldwide shipping, plus an Etsy storefront for international customers. Their production facility and showroom are located in the Petaling Jaya / Damansara Uptown area.
